Dr. Poon: My Salmon with Green Peppers

My Salmon with Green Peppers



Ingredients:
  • Fresh Salmon
  • Presidents Choice No Salt Added Garlic Seasoning
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Clove Garlic (Grated)
  • Parsley (chopped)
  • Slice of Lemon
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle Salmon with the garlic seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Add olive oil to a pan and add grated garlic. Add Salmon to pan and cook thou.
  3. Slice green peppers and add to the other side of the pan. Cook at the same time. Sprinkle green peppers with garlic seasoning as well.
  4. When salmon is finish remove it to the plate and continue cooking the peppers. Do not cook fully as these taste awesome a little crunchy.
  5. Remove the peppers add to plate and add slice of lemon to drizzle on top of salmon and add chopped parsley to plate.

Enjoy this one as it is like having a take out restaurant meal at home.
