I'm back.....a 2018 update

I can't believe I have not updated since 2016. First of all Happy New Year! I have been extremely busy with life and have decided to go back to taking some time and working on myself. Thank you to all who continue to message me about my meal plan and recipes. I do send everyone an e-mail back.

I am currently the lowest weight I have ever been in a long time. I have started working out for the last 8 months and doing kickboxing. I have found the workout that I truly love and am head over heels addicted to it.

I have created a new One (1) week meal plan and am looking forward to the release of it today.

The boys are now 11 and 14. One is in grade 6 and the other in grade 9. Time just seams to be flying by.

This year I will certainly have to update more often. That's a promise.
