Happy 2nd Birthday Pumpkin!

My littlest pumpkin turned 2 today on Thanksgiving day. I can still relive that day as if it were happening at this very moment. I could not have made your birthday any more special than having it at home with our family while eating turkey with all the special fixings. I have been cooking for the past two days and I am telling you to see my little man blow his own candles made it worth every single moment. You are a part of me that will never be separated and I can not imagine not having you in my life. I hope you enjoyed your birthday. Here are some pictures of the day.

My baby blowing out his candles.

Here's a picture of me and the bird. 25lbs of bird that it. I was up at 4 am to cook this thing.

The Cake. It has been a tradition in our house ever since I have started hosting Thanksgiving dinner here where at first there was only 11 of us and now there is 13. I have made this cake as dessert. I was going to change it this year for Ethan's birthday but thought I should re-think it as everyone looks forward to this cake with the exception of my brother in-law Jason who hates pumpkin.

I was asked on one of the websites I visit daily what I was thankful for and here is my reply.

"I am thankful for my husband and children. I love these three men with all of my heart and soul. I can not imagine loving anyone as much as I love these three. They are my heart and my life."

Our family.

It has been a very long day and I am truly tired but I have only this to say is I am Thankful for this day. I am thankful for my wonderful husband who is my support with everything that I do. Without the cleaning one man crew there could not be a cooking one woman crew. lol I love you!

I wish that everyone is as lucky as me to have a wonderful Thanksgiving and to be truly blessed with a wonderful family as I have.
