I know I might sound crazy but these little things keep me motivated. Just as simple as taking a picture and posting it. I can see the huge difference. The picture on the left is me now and the picture of the right is taken exactly 4 days before starting Dr. Poon's. It was taken at Croptopia last year. It was a space theme that is why I am wearing my head gear. lol
