Ingredients:
Pork Tenderloin (I used 922kg)
5 Stalks Green (Spring) Onion
2 Green Peepers Sliced Thick
Black Pepper
Olive Oil
PC Roasted Garlic Seasoning Blend
Hot Mama's Jerk'n Hot Spice Rub
Low Sodium Beef Broth
Low Sodium, No Fat BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Add 3 Tablespoons of oil olive to your crock pot and turn on high.
- Slice up your green onion and green peppers add them to crock pot.
- Wash your pork with cold water and rub in 1 teaspoon on each side of PC seasoning spice and Hot Mama's Jerk spice. Add pork to crock pot. Add beef broth about 2 cups.
- Let cook for 4 hours turning only once if you're at home if not then leave it alone.
- Once four hours have passed and meat looks cooked remove pork and pull apart with two forks. The meat just pulls apart really easily.
- Check that your crock pot has no liquid in it if so remove this liquid because most likely it is fat deposits.
- Once you have removed all the extra fat return the meat to the crock pot and turn it down to low. Add your BBQ sauce to cover and add a little water so that it can have some liquid.
- In about 1/2 hour it will be ready to eat. Enjoy!
I served this to hubby on a bun and for myself I just served it with some Plain beans. I used the Arctic Gardens Steammmm! Brand. They were yummy and also cooked in the microwave. This whole meal cost cost $7.50 and was enough to have 3 adults eat.

Hi Veronica, tried the pulled pork this weekend and it was delish!! Can't wait to try the other recipes.
@ silhouettejewel - I am glad to hear you enjoyed it.
I have tried every single recipe I have created so before I go ahead and post it on-line it gets taste tested and reviewed by hubby (who is not on Dr. Poon) and myself.
Hello again Veronica!
Once again this looks like a Phase 1 deal. Looks yummy.
@ Waterdown Nick - Yes, this is another Phase 1 recipe. If you look on the side pannel of my blog you will see all phase 1 recipes. I am on phase 1 so that is what I am cooking.
I hope you cook this one and enjoy it. Let me know.
Where do you get BBQ sauce anywhere without containing sugar.
