Dr. Poon 57 Week Update
It's been 3 weeks since my last appointment. I have lost 2 pounds. It's been a crazy insane 3 weeks. Getting ready for my cousins to arrive, tons of arrangements going out, end of school year. I am happy with just 2 but will certainly try for the next 2 weeks when my cousins arrive. Let's see what happens.

You truly are doing really wel wit dr poon's regimine.You prove to me and the wife that this works and can be done!I think your notes are great cause they show that any loss is a good loss and a gain is only temporary!
@ Mike - Thanks Mike for your words. They certainly do mean a lot to me. I hope both your wife and yourself do well on the Poon lifestyle. It's wonderful. I am happy that I am able to get back to business this week. Stay cool and drink all your water.
