Ingredients:
- Water
- Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- Ground Turkey
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 Stalks Spring (Green) Onion
- Presidents Choice Sun Dried Tomato & Herb Seasoning
- 1 Bag Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Noodles
- Black Pepper
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 Bag Bok Choy
Directions:
- Add 8 Glasses of water and 3 Glasses Low Sodium Chicken broth to a soup pot. Turn on heat to medium.
- In a bowl add ground turkey or chicken. Add in mined garlic and 2 tbsp sun dried tomato & herb seasoning. Mix together and shape into balls. At this point your water should be boiling. As you finish eat small shaped meat ball drop it into the pot.
- Chop your asparagus, green onion and bok choy and add it into the pot.
- In a separate pot please first rinse the noodles and then boil them for 5 - 10 minutes to remove odor. When ready drain and add to soup pot.
- Add this point add your black pepper to taste.
On one of those days were you know it will be a long one make this humble soup. It certainly does taste like the real thing. With this one you will not be needing anything on the side except a nice coffee or tea afterwards.
